Michael, owner of Integrity Roofing and Restoration, after Hurricane Florence replaced my roof's shingles and made repairs to the home's hardy board siding at Emerald Isle, NC.  His estimate was much better than other contractors that I believe were trying to take advantage of our situation.  The estimate was also in-line to the insurance company's appraisal.  He was very thorough in explaining the process to replace the roof and siding and even took me up on the roof to show exactly what would be done.  His crew's were friendly, hard working and cleaned up everyday.  Michael was on top of the work everyday and kept me updated with the project's "on schedule" progress.  The final outcome was our home's roof and siding looks great!!! He came to check out some issues we were having with a leaky chimney.  When the first solution wasn’t sufficient to seal off the leak, he promptly returned to provide another solution that has since done the job.  He even cleaned up the work of a shoddy job done by the previous homeowner.

Recently we had hail and storm damage to a home we were getting ready to sell. Numerous companies were at our door wanting to place themselves between us and our insurance company. Michael from Integrity Roofing did an amazing job with our new metal roof. He was meticulous in the planning, execution, and cleanup phases of this project. His guys were extremely focused and attended to every detail. He is out of Raleigh, but was able to do our roof before many businesses in the area could.
